The Hawaiʻi Food & Wine Festival celebrates the vibrant flavors, cultures, and stories that make Hawaiʻi a world-class culinary destination. By connecting chefs with local farmers, ranchers, and fishermen, we honor the islands’ rich agricultural heritage while driving $26.5 million in visitor spending and raising more than $5 million to support culinary education, sustainability, cultural preservation, and relief for restaurant and hospitality workers in times of need. Are you a Hawaii-based entrepreneur using locally grown, raised, or caught ingredients in your value-added food product? The Hawaii Ag & Culinary Alliance’s Cottage Industry to Commercial Enterprise Scholarship can help you take your product to the next level through Leeward Community College’s 12-week Aina to Makeke course at the Wahiawa Value-Added Product Development Center. The scholarship provides $1,000 toward the $1,500 tuition, equipping participants with the skills and knowledge to successfully bring their food products to market.

Learn how Culinary Institute of the Pacific (CIP) and Culinary Institute of America’s (CIA) Workforce Development Program can expand your global culinary knowledge using locally-sourced ingredients through five-day intensive courses. Full-tuition scholarships are provided through Hawaii Ag & Culinary Alliance’s CIP x CIA Workforce Development Scholarship Fund.
